Free shipping
We ship free across Canada on orders of $40 CAD or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $9 — set at checkout.
Delivery timing
Orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same business day. Standard delivery within Canada is 3–7 business days depending on your province; expedited is 2 business days for major metros. You'll get a tracking link the moment your pouch leaves the building.
United States & international
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and collected by the carrier on delivery.
If something goes sideways
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@carobium.comwithin 14 days and we'll sort it out — replacement, refund, or whichever makes things right.
