Inspired by Caribbean cocoa tea, Tobago Latte started as something personal — a cozy, caffeine-free evening ritual — and became something we needed to share.
Our Tobago Latte blends roasted Mediterranean carob (slow-roasted in small batches at our carob house) with organic coconut milk powder, Ceylon cinnamon, and a finishing pinch of pink salt. Stir into hot water, top with milk — a silky, frothable cup in seconds.
