If you're not in love with your first Carobium order, email us within 30 days at hello@carobium.com. We'll refund or replace it — opened or unopened, no questions you wouldn't ask a friend.

How to return

• Reach out by email with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid return label for the unused portion.
• Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Prefer a different flavour? Tell us. We'll cover the swap once, no restocking fee.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard — no need to email. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.
