Carobium is a founder-led carob company built on a simple idea: chocolate's older, kinder cousin deserves a comeback. We slow-roast Mediterranean carob into a naturally sweet, caffeine-free powder and latte blends for people who want warmth without the wired edge.
Carob started as something personal — a comforting, caffeine-free ritual for someone the founder loves — and grew into a small Canadian brand serving sippers, bakers, and wholesale partners across the country.
